  • Color different from shown online
  • Change of mind (with conditions)

Conditions for Return

  • Original tags must be attached
  • Item must be unworn and unwashed
  • Original packaging should be intact
  • Return request within 7 days of delivery
  • Return form completed properly

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear and innerwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Socks and hosiery
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Sale/clearance items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Items without original tags
  • Used or damaged items

  • Exchange process takes 7-10 business days
  • If the desired item is unavailable, we'll process a refund

Customer-Paid Returns

Return shipping is at customer's expense for:

  • Change of mind returns
  • Color exchanges (when original color is available)
  • Returns without valid reason

Refund Policy

Refund Methods

Refunds are processed to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • Net Banking: 3-5 business days
  • UPI: 1-2 business days
  • Wallet: 2-3 business days

Refund Amount

The refund amount includes:

  • Full product price
  • Taxes paid
  • Original shipping cost (if applicable)

Note: Return shipping costs are not refunded for change of mind returns.

Once we receive your return:

  • Items undergo quality inspection (1-2 days)
  • We verify return conditions are met
  • Refund is processed if approved

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item:

International Returns

Currently, we only accept returns from within India. International returns are not available.
