- Defective or damaged product
- Wrong item received
- Size doesn't fit
- Color different from shown online
- Change of mind (with conditions)
Conditions for Return
- Original tags must be attached
- Item must be unworn and unwashed
- Original packaging should be intact
- Return request within 7 days of delivery
- Return form completed properly
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Underwear and innerwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Socks and hosiery
- Personalized or customized items
- Sale/clearance items (unless defective)
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Items without original tags
- Used or damaged items

Return shipping is at customer's expense for:

- Color exchanges (when original color is available)

Refund Methods
Refunds are processed to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
- Net Banking: 3-5 business days
- UPI: 1-2 business days
- Wallet: 2-3 business days
Refund Amount
The refund amount includes:
- Full product price
- Taxes paid
- Original shipping cost (if applicable)
Note: Return shipping costs are not refunded for change of mind returns.
Quality Check & Processing
Once we receive your return:
- Items undergo quality inspection (1-2 days)
- We verify return conditions are met
- Refund is processed if approved
- You receive email confirmation
- If return is rejected, we'll explain why
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item:

International Returns
Currently, we only accept returns from within India. International returns are not available.
